Italian Seasoning Cheese & Ham Pinwheels

Savor the taste of these deliciously savory bites, perfect paired with marinara sauce, on a snack board, or as an appetizer! 

They feature our delicious versatile Italian Seasoning, which can be used for pizzas, pinwheels, pasta, hamburgers, veggies or anything you fancy!




  • 1 sheet puff pastry ( about 1 pound )

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices pound honey ham, deli sliced

  • 1 large egg & 1 teaspoon water



1. Gather all the ingredients. Use one large sheet of puff pastry and thaw before assembly. Make sure it is still cold but pliable.



2. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Add the garlic, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to the olive oil. 


3. Use a pastry brush to spread the olive oil mixture over the pastry.

4. Sprinkle the parmesan and cheddar cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.


5. Cover the cheese with 12 pieces of ham or to taste. Add another lighter layer of cheese on top of the ham.

7. Start rolling the pastry with the end facing you, Roll and tuck with your fingers until it forms a tight roll.

8. Cut the roll into about 1/2 to 3/4th inch, to make about 15 pinwheels. Place the pinwheels on a parchment lined baking tray.

9. Mix the egg with a little water and use a pastry brush to apply to the tops and sides of the pastries, this will help to brown while baking.


10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.

Serve with marinara sauce, if desired.
