We know its hard to beat Todd's Bologna Seasoning #1, but this recipe gives the seasonings flavor profile a little more savory kick with the addition of garlic. This Bologna seasoning can be used with various combinations of beef, pork, veal, mutton, goat, or venison.

Note: Must be used with 4 oz. of Todd's Quick Cure and 2 lbs. 4 oz. of Todds's Binder Flour to 100 lbs. of product.
