Crunchy Dip is a prepared formula of pure foods that enables you to fry chicken from raw to well done in TEN minutes. This versatile, all-purpose dry mix is ready to be used for anything breaded. It creates a thin crunchy coating sealing in all the natural juice which penetrates much less fat than ordinary frying methods.
Instructions:
Breading: Dip product in water, then dip in breading, let sit for 10 min
TIP: For extra crunchy, double dip.
Batter: Mix water or beer and breading mixture until desired batter consistency.
Fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
