Todd's Jerky Seasoning Complete Kit (Yields 10 lbs)

Our original jerky seasoning has a blend of pepper, herbs, and spices. Robust flavor with a kick that lets the meat be the star of the show.

Pairs well with wild game and domestic meats, we recommend either beef or deer.

1. Combine seasoning and golden sugar cure packets.
2. Slice meat approximately ¼" thick.
3. Slice by slice, coat one side of meat strip in seasoning and layer in curing pan or cooking sheet (one coated side to one uncoated side). When finished layering, sprinkle a small amount of seasoning on top of last layer.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Hang meat on bacon hooks or lay on racks of smoker, food dehydrator, or cookie sheet for oven method. Dry for 5-8 hours at 180°F.
6. Store finished jerky in cool, airtight container.
