Todd's Bologna #1 Complete Seasoning Kit (Yields 25 lbs)

1. Combine seasoning packet, quick cure packet, binder flour, & water (1 cup per 10lbs of meat) with meat mixture until tacky.
2. Fill pre-soaked casings with meat mixture, fasten with string at desired length, & refrigerate overnight to cure.
3. Bake at 180-200°F in oven or smoker until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. Cool & refrigerate or freeze for long-term storage.

Kit includes: 1.38 lbs Seasoning, 9 oz Binder Flour, 1 oz Quick Cure. Yields 25 lbs.
